Mad River Canoes: Missisquoi

The soft stern contour beneath the waterline enables the Missisquoi to pivot quickly in tight turns under motor power. Available in Fiberglass or KevIar, this canoe features dark stained wood trim, oak transom plates, three cane seats and slotted inwales for easy water drainage.

Missisquoi

Short, beamy, and deep, the square-stern Missisquoi is a favorite of waterfowl sportsmen. Its outstanding stability makes it an ideal platform for hunting, fishing or trapping. Outfitted with an electric trolling motor or a 1-2 horsepower outboard, this versatile craft will easily navigate shallow waters unreachable by conventional motor boats.
