COCKPIT COVERS
A cockpit cover is one of those accessories that simply makes a lot of sense.  On the highway, a cover will prevent rain from entering the hull (water weight inside a kayak will collapse vehicle roofs), covers also reduces wind resistance when car topping.  On top of all that, during storage a cover will prevent your kayak from becoming the domain of Creepy-Cralwers and Slithery Creatures.
